On February 4th, the company convened the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference  the 4th Session of the 4th Employee Representatives Congress, comprehensively reviewing the year’s work, summarizing experiences, commending outstanding achievements, boosting morale, and planning the blueprint for the new year.
In 2023, Dongyu Hongxiang advanced and grew steadfastly, with a succession of advanced collectives and excellent employees emerging, making significant contributions to the company’s development. At the conference, awards were presented to the outstanding collectives and individuals of 2023. The entire Dongyu Hongxiang family felt the power of these role models, inspired and motivated, applauding and cheering to honor their excellence.
Chairman Sun Guanjun delivered a speech titled “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration for Development, Bravely Shouldering Our Mission for the Future”. He reviewed the company’s 2023 efforts, fully affirming its achievements, objectively analyzing existing gaps, and outlining the direction and priorities for 2024. He encouraged all Dongyu Hongxiang members to maintain their fighting spirit, actively explore new frontiers, and deliver outstanding results to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary. Finally, the Chairman, accompanied by the entire senior management team, presented New Year red envelopes and extended sincere Spring Festival blessings.
