In terms of warehouse management, optimizing the inventory consumption process can reduce inventory loss, lower warehousing costs, and improve warehouse operational efficiency. Strengthen inventory monitoring and forecasting, optimize warehouse and shelf management, achieve accurate prediction and dynamic adjustment of inventory, and avoid excessive inventory backlog and capital occupation. In terms of equipment management, by increasing the utilization rate of key equipment, reducing the downtime rate of major equipment failures, controlling maintenance costs, and reducing spare parts inventory. In terms of quality management, special attention is paid to the quality control of products such as impregnated paper and edge banding strips, optimizing production processes and reducing quality losses by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
