Legal advisors, with rich industry experience and professional knowledge, combined with typical cases that have occurred around them, will provide detailed explanations of common risks in international trade such as fraud by trading partners, freight forwarding fraud, and hacker fraud, starting from the basics and delving deeper. When analyzing the fraud of trading partners, legal advisors listed various common methods such as false orders and forged letters of credit; For freight forwarding fraud, the serious consequences of releasing goods without a bill of lading and falsifying bills of lading were analyzed in detail; In response to hacker fraud, the entire process of hacking into transaction systems and tampering with payment information is restored to enable trainees to deeply understand the concealment and harmfulness of such risks.

At the same time, the legal advisor emphasized the importance of prevention in international trade fraud, providing practical prevention strategies and coping skills for foreign trade personnel from multiple dimensions such as contract clause review, background investigation of trading partners, and establishment of risk warning mechanisms.
