To address the pain points in digital management and quality management, and promote the dual upgrading of the company's operational efficiency and product quality, the Head Office’s Warehouse Management Department, IT Department, and Quality Management Department conducted special empowerment activities at Shuyang Company, injecting strong impetus into the management improvement of the Business Zone.
From August 27th to September 6th, the Warehouse Management Department and IT Department of the Head Office formed a special empowerment team and went to Shuyang to fully advance the launch of the Langsu MES System. On one hand, the empowerment team organized multiple rounds of special training for operators of each system module—covering system function explanations, operational process demonstrations, and common problem handling—to guide employees in mastering operational key points in a progressive manner. On the other hand, the team went deep into the workshop frontline, debugged the connection ports between production equipment and the system one by one, and identified potential issues such as data transmission and process linkage, ensuring the system was accurately adapted to actual production scenarios. Meanwhile, the Warehouse Management Department took the lead in holding process sorting meetings: combining the operational requirements of the MES System, it optimized the existing processes such as warehouse inbound/outbound, inventory checking, and order association; established a "problem ledger" for issues arising during the system’s trial operation; clarified the responsible persons and time limits for rectification; and efficiently promoted problem closure, laying a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the system in the future.
A while ago, the Quality Management Department of the Head Office made a special trip to Shuyang Company to provide quality empowerment guidance. The empowerment staff focused on the three core areas of "system management, document control, and personnel training," conducted a comprehensive review of the operation status of Shuyang Company's quality management system, and gained an understanding of frontline employees’ awareness and implementation of quality standards. In response to the problems identified during the investigation, they formulated targeted improvement plans and organized special training covering "quality standard interpretation, inspection process standardization, and defective product handling procedures." This effectively addressed the gaps in employees’ quality knowledge and practical skills, and significantly enhanced the overall quality awareness and professional capabilities of all employees.In the next step, the Shuyang Business Zone will further deepen the collaborative linkage with the Head Office, fully leverage the Head Office’s advantages in technology, management, and talent, and proactively seize subsequent empowerment opportunities. Adhering to the principle of "problem-oriented and effectiveness-first," it will continuously optimize the digital operation system and quality management system, and constantly improve product quality and the company’s overall operational level.
