The Company Launches IPD System Construction to Forge a New Development Engine of Two-Wheel Drive

Recently, the kickoff meeting and pre-improvement training for the company's Integrated Product Development (IPD) project were successfully held. Relevant core teams of the company and consulting consultants attended both online and offline, jointly opening a new chapter in the upgrading of the enterprise's product development system.At the meeting, Sun Guanjun, Chairman of the company, pointed out that the traditional project-based system had supported the company's rapid growth, but now it was facing bottlenecks such as volatile demand and high inventory pressure. To achieve sustainable development, the company would build a dual-wheel drive model of "Project System + Product System": relying on the agility of the project system to stabilize existing customers, and leveraging the capability of the product system to explore future markets, with the goal of achieving a 50:50 balance between the two.It was introduced that the IPD system is not simply a process optimization, but an upgrade of the company's overall organizational capability. Its core is to break down departmental barriers, promote full-chain collaboration between R&D, marketing and other functions, solve the previous disconnection between R&D, marketing and production, and truly turn technology into competitiveness. The project covers 11 categories of core products, and cross-functional development teams have been established. The company will strengthen its product manager capability through internal training and external recruitment, granting them full authorization and resource support.This kickoff meeting marks that HONSOAR has entered a new stage of systematic product development. Going forward, supported by the IPD system, the company will transform from "follow-up R&D" to "leading R&D". All participants will actively participate in project implementation, helping the enterprise build long-term competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development.
