Below, I would like to report to all members on the completion of union work in 2024 and ten practical tasks to be done in 2025:

1、 Completion status of ten practical tasks in 2024

①. Livelihood improvement: Solve the problems of production water, bathroom water, and workshop drinking hot water in the northern region during winter. The water system in the northern area has been separated to ensure normal water use.

②. Livelihood improvement: Equip production workshops with drinking water facilities. Equipping some workshops without drinking water facilities.

③. Livelihood improvement: Install some hot water faucets for office buildings, restaurants, and bathrooms. According to the requirements, installation has been carried out for some areas.

④. Health concern: Conduct two cancer screenings for female employees. Screening items have been added during health check ups.

⑤. Health Focus: Provide fitness equipment and encourage employees to develop fitness habits. Jump ropes were distributed to employees in need.

⑥. Guarantee improvement: Replace some office desks and chairs to create a good and comfortable working and living environment for employees. Some office desks and chairs have been replaced.

⑦. Guarantee improvement: Upgrade and renovate the operation room of Restaurant No.1 to ensure the healthy diet of employees. The operation room has been upgraded and renovated.

⑧. Security Enhancement: Cut down the trees between the North District Family Building and the Single Apartment Building. It has been cut off.

⑨. Guarantee improvement: Purchase temporary parking number plates for company car owners to solve the problem of inconvenience for company employees to move their cars. Purchased and distributed, continuously tracking everyone's usage.

⑩. Employee care: Sending warmth in winter, delivering warm babies to frontline employees, etc. Distribute according to weather conditions as needed.

2、 Other Work Progress in 2024

①. Ensure the distribution of employee benefits. In the Spring Festival of 2024, high-end silk quilts, dried chicken, milk, millet, etc. were distributed, special silver coins were customized for the factory anniversary, and peanut oil, Dezhou braised chicken, elbow ham, Northeast rice, pure milk, etc. were distributed on the Mid-Autumn Festival; In addition, there are monthly, Qingming, Dragon Boat Festival, traditional festival welfare, and birthday welfare business backpacks. In 2024, the cumulative welfare amount distributed reached 620000 yuan, with an average of 1248 yuan per person.

②. In the Spring Festival of 2024, more than 50 out of town employees were reimbursed for round-trip transportation expenses of over 20000 yuan.

③. More than 650 employees underwent occupational health and welfare examinations, with a total investment of over 80000 yuan.

④. Effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and special interests of female employees. On the eve of the March 8th Festival, a creative flower arrangement activity for the March 8th Goddess Festival will be held.

⑤. In the Spring Festival of 2024, a total of 19 family members of long-term overseas employees were comforted, and 4 female employees who gave birth were visited.

⑥. In 2024, a total of over 22000 yuan was spent on wedding and funeral expenses.

⑦. In terms of activities, the 7th Workers' Games were held, with over 200 athletes participating in the competition; Organized a series of 20th anniversary factory celebration activities, inviting customers and suppliers to participate in the celebration activities; More than 50 outstanding employees were organized to travel to Thailand for 6 days; Organize the 2024 annual summary and commendation meeting and Spring Festival gathering; The company's labor union selected a representative team to participate in the limited space operation skills competition and won the second prize in the city; The company's representative team won the second prize in the "Comparing Learning and catching up" competition for the construction and reform of the industrial worker team in Shouguang City.    

⑧. Summer brings coolness, with a total investment of over 40000 yuan to provide frontline employees with cooling supplies such as mung bean water, cooling ice cream, and Huoxiang Zhengqi water.

3、 Ten facts for 2025

①. Livelihood improvement: Install some hot water faucets in office buildings, restaurants, and bathrooms to solve the problem of cold hand washing for employees in winter.

②. Livelihood improvement: The black small fruits on the trees inside the green belt on the north wall of the south factory are difficult to clean when they fall onto vehicles. After cutting them down, other trees are planted.

③. Guarantee improvement: Parking spaces have been redrawn and the north parking spaces of the Business School have been beautified.

④. Guarantee improvement: Redesign employee dining and improve dining satisfaction.

⑤. Guarantee improvement: Create lunch break rooms for cadres and employees.

⑥. Guarantee improvement: solve the problem of freezing on outdoor drinking water pipes.

⑦. Guarantee improvement: Install four-wheel electric vehicle charging stations to facilitate employee electric vehicle charging.

⑧. Team building: Organize employees to participate in outdoor team building or watch a movie to enhance team cohesion and relieve work pressure;

⑨. Team building: Increase the level of care for employees' family matters.

⑩. Child team building: Regularly organize activities for employees' children to broaden their horizons and enhance parent-child relationships.
