On the first day of work after the Spring Festival, Dongyu Hongxiang quickly took action and organized all employees to teach the "first lesson of work", making safety production and quality control the top priority for resuming work and production, laying a solid foundation for the whole year's work.

At the meeting, the company signed safety target responsibility agreements with the heads of various production departments, strictly implementing safety production responsibilities. We invited external security experts for security knowledge training. Through specialized training and case analysis, we explained in detail the importance of safety production and operational norms, ensuring that every employee can proficiently master safety skills.

Chairman Sun Guanjun emphasized that safety is the zero line and the bottom line that we must adhere to. All employees must always maintain a high level of safety awareness, and for the sake of their families and individuals, they must face safety seriously to ensure zero accidents. After the meeting, the company also organized a safety inspection team to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the production site, promptly eliminate safety hazards, and provide safety guarantees for resuming production and work.

Quality is the qualification line of an enterprise and the core competitiveness of its development. Liu Xiushan, General Manager of the Supply Chain Center, pointed out at the meeting that it is necessary to further improve the quality management system, strengthen supervision of procurement, production processes, product testing and other links, and ensure that every link meets high standard requirements. The Quality Management Department has signed quality responsibility agreements with each production department, implementing indicators at all levels and ensuring comprehensive quality management. At the same time, consultants from Bohai Consulting were invited to provide quality training to all employees to enhance their awareness of quality.
