COMi Wings Theater: Multiple measures to shorten the cycle, precise efforts to ensure delivery

In June, the Camio Wings Theater anchored its core goal of "reducing delivery time and ensuring delivery", breaking down barriers through the entire process, and achieving breakthrough results in the field of order delivery through the collaboration of all staff. The entire theater team focused on standard cabinet products and launched a concentrated attack, ultimately delivering a full score answer sheet with a 100% accuracy rate for overall standard cabinet orders. From the perspective of cycle data, in June 2025, the average cycle was shortened by 7 days compared to January June 2024, and by 2 days compared to January June 2025, indicating a continuous improvement in delivery efficiency.

The Camio Wings Theater adopts multi-dimensional and precise strategies to ensure efficient target landing.

One is the two-way upgrade of process management. Taking "Shortening Delivery Cycle of Cabinet Products" and "Quality Improvement Project of Standard Cabinet Workshop" as the core of the system, we will strengthen execution awareness through comprehensive process training and promote the deep transformation of cabinet production modules towards refined management. At the same time, establish a hierarchical transmission mechanism of responsibility, and create an atmosphere of "everyone has indicators on their shoulders, and everything is implemented in a closed loop" for all staff to tackle challenges.

The second is to improve the quality and efficiency of dual wheel drive. Focus on the key indicators of one-time pass rate and return rate, and clarify the monthly average standard cycle hard targets: overall 28 days, e-commerce 36 days, and engineering order 20 days. Guided by goals, we force design, production, quality inspection, and other processes to compress redundant and time-consuming processes, achieving a synergistic improvement in quality and efficiency.

Next, the Camio Wings Theater Command will collaborate with the Innovation Research Institute to deepen process innovation, reduce labor costs through technological optimization, and improve work efficiency. At the same time, efforts will be made from three dimensions: inventory turnover, information technology empowerment, and production delivery rate.
