The company organizes internal control management training

In order to further strengthen the company's internal control management system, effectively prevent business risks, and comprehensively enhance the internal control awareness and compliance execution ability of all employees, on July 8th, the company invited external senior experts to organize a special training on internal control management in the training room of the business school. The company's executive team, middle-level management cadres, and key employees in various positions participated in this training to jointly build a solid defense line for compliant business operations.

This training was conducted by senior experts from accounting firms, combined with typical industry cases and actual business scenarios of the company, focusing on the core framework of internal control management system, risk identification and control points of key business processes, compliance operation norms and supervision mechanisms. Through a combination of theoretical analysis and practical operation guidelines, the training helped participants systematically master the core methods of internal control management.

At the end of the training, the chairman delivered a concluding speech. He pointed out that in the first half of this year, the company has hired a professional external audit agency to conduct a comprehensive "physical examination" of the entire business chain. The expert team has accurately pointed out the weak links and optimization directions in the current internal control management.
