Strengthen Insurance Awareness and Fortify the Protective Defensive Line — The Company Organizes Specialized Training on Corporate Insurance Knowledge

To improve the awareness level of personnel in key positions regarding corporate insurance, clarify the key links of insurance coverage in production and operation, and help the company avoid potential risks while fortifying the defensive line for safe operation, a training session on corporate insurance knowledge organized by the Office was successfully held in the Business School Conference Room on the afternoon of August 19th. Workshop directors, equipment maintenance personnel, and all relevant personnel from the warehouse department participated in the training. Professional staff from an insurance institution were specially invited to serve as trainers, and the content focused on the core scenarios of corporate operation, featuring both practicality and guidance.During the training, the trainers from the insurance institution, combining the characteristics of the printing plant's production and operation, conducted explanations from three core dimensions: "production equipment insurance," "warehouse goods protection," and "coverage of personnel operation risks." Regarding common issues in the workshop such as equipment failures and accidental damages, the trainers elaborated on the coverage scope of equipment property insurance, the claims process, and precautions for insurance purchase. They used real cases to illustrate how to reduce economic losses caused by equipment maintenance and replacement through insurance. In the warehouse link, the trainers focused on analyzing risks that may occur during goods storage, such as fire and heavy rain, clarified the key points for purchasing warehouse goods insurance and the requirements for preparing claims documents, and helped warehouse personnel master the key steps for risk prevention.In addition, aiming at the safety risks faced by equipment maintenance personnel during their work, the trainers also introduced the coverage of accident insurance that the company had purchased for employees, including work-related injury identification standards, the medical expense reimbursement process, and the scope of disability compensation. This further strengthened the participants' self-protection awareness and their understanding of insurance rights and interests.This insurance knowledge training is an important measure for the company to enhance its risk management and control capabilities.
