Kujiales Nationwide Study Tour: Visiting Industry Leaders Event

On September 18, the inaugural Weifang stop of Kujiale’s “Visiting Benchmark Factories Across Hundreds of Cities” study tour took place at Dongyu Hongxiang. The event attracted numerous entrepreneurs and designers from the custom home furnishing sector, who gathered for in-depth exchanges and learning. During the event, Kujiale awarded Dongyu Hongxiang the title of “Demonstration Factory for Integrated Design and Intelligent Manufacturing.” This honor not only signifies high recognition of Dongyu Hongxiang’s outstanding achievements in integrating design and intelligent manufacturing but also marks the company’s establishment of a new benchmark in the industry’s digital transformation process.

During the sharing session, the project lead of Dongyu Hongxiang’s Kami brand elaborated on the journey and outcomes of Kami’s digital and intelligent transformation. It was revealed that, to break down the process barriers in traditional home furnishing production, Kami introduced advanced digital tools such as the Kujiale design platform and the MES production execution system, establishing a full-link collaborative management system. Front-end designers use Kujiale to quickly generate visual solutions, directly addressing customer needs. The mid-end MES system synchronizes design data in real time, guiding precise processing on the production line. The back-end sales team can track order progress at any time, significantly improving service efficiency and truly achieving the intelligent manufacturing goal of “design as production, data as process.”

During the factory tour, guests visited Kami’s whole-home customization factory. From panel cutting and edge banding to drilling and assembly, every step of the process was precisely controlled by digital systems, with orderly material flow and a clean production environment. On-site, Kujiale’s digital experts conducted practical demonstrations of “seamless design and production integration.” Through data-driven analysis, the factory can optimize production scheduling and adjust material inventory in real time, increasing production efficiency by 30% and maintaining a product qualification rate of over 99.5%. This allowed guests to witness firsthand the cost-saving and efficiency-boosting value brought by digital and intelligent transformation.

This event not only garnered widespread industry recognition for Dongyu Hongxiang’s digital manufacturing capabilities but also provided a replicable and scalable transformation model for the home furnishing industry, injecting inclusive momentum into its digital transformation. Moving forward, the Kami project lead stated that they will use this as a new starting point to further deepen cooperation with digital partners like Kujiale, continuously enhancing production efficiency and product quality, and contributing more to the intelligent upgrade of the custom home furnishing industry.
