Since the Supply Chain Center launched the quality management enhancement initiative, the Quality Management Department has taken the lead in coordinating efforts, meticulously establishing a comprehensive working system characterized by "project-driven initiatives, closed-loop processes, data-driven control, and a balance of incentives and accountability," laying a solid institutional foundation for quality improvement. All combat zones responded proactively and collaborated closely, focusing on key quality pain points and implementing a series of precise and effective "quality enhancement measures," delivering remarkable results in the field of quality control.

The Saturated Paper Factory in the Kumi Alliance Combat Zone placed its focus on raw material control and process optimization, innovatively forming a cross-departmental task force comprising production, quality, technology, and equipment teams. Through repeated testing and optimization of the saturation process route and upgrading the precision of filter screens, the team successfully reduced the incidence of black spot defects by over 60%, leading to a significant drop in customer complaints. Since May, related complaints have remained at zero, effectively resolving the long-standing issue of black spots and streaks in saturated paper.

The Standard Cabinet Workshop in the Camio Wings Combat Zone quickly established a specialized task force to address product functional defects, strictly implementing the "three-inspection system" (first inspection, self-inspection, and mutual inspection) to ensure precise control over every production and processing step. As a result, the customer complaint rate saw a substantial decline, and customer satisfaction significantly improved. With "extreme lean" as the core objective, the tabletop production team simultaneously optimized both the production process and quality inspection stages. By refining operational standards and upgrading inspection criteria, they successfully reduced the proportion of product scratches to within the target range. The Camio Project Department established a full-process color difference control mechanism, implementing strict color difference inspections at every stage from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. This resulted in achieving "zero reorders" due to color discrepancies. Additionally, the department fully committed to improving the first-time installation pass rate. Through continuous improvements, the rate increased by 2.6 times compared to 2024, achieving a dual breakthrough in both quality and efficiency.

During the awards ceremony, responsible leaders from the relevant combat zones presented special bonuses to the winning advanced teams and highly commended their sense of responsibility and innovative capabilities demonstrated in the quality initiatives. This recognition not only affirmed and motivated the hard work of the advanced teams but also deeply reinforced the core quality philosophy that "the quality of my work today determines the company's orders tomorrow."
