On the morning of October 20, the company's third quarter title work conference was held in the training room of the business school, and members of the title committee and technical title personnel attended the meeting.

Chen Xueshan, director of the title committee, made a concluding speech on the work of professional titles and put forward specific requirements for the next step. The meeting required that the title work is the company's implementation of the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents, opening up the three employee growth channels of management, technology and skills, and building a first-class talent team. The meeting emphasized that all technical title personnel should realize the position, unify their personal needs with the development of the company, base themselves on their own positions, give full play to their own wisdom, pay attention to practice and innovation, improve their professional skills and professional titles, and contribute to the company's technological and management innovation. In the later stage, the company will adhere to the parallel internal and external professional titles, and encourage qualified employees to apply for national professional titles.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge read out and studied the "Dongyu Hongxiang Title Evaluation Management System" and "Reform and Innovation Benefit Reward Management Measures" and other systems, and explained the national title declaration policy and process. The preliminary project project, rationalization suggestions, class time development and teaching were briefly explained, and the three-month title subsidy from June to August 2023 was issued.
