Hong Kong Theater: The supply chain management improvement project team was empowered to the Malay factory
On October 11, in order to speed up the progress of the supply chain management improvement project, the supply chain management improvement project team went to the Malay factory to empower the supply chain management to improve and promote industrial upgrading.
The project team first conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the factory's supply chain, and had an in-depth understanding of the factory's pain points and difficulties in terms of quality, orders, procurement, equipment, inventory, and supplier management. On this basis, a set of supply chain improvement plans were tailored for the factory, including improving the quality management system, improving the inventory turnover rate, standardizing equipment maintenance, optimizing the procurement strategy, and improving the supplier management system. This empowerment action not only improved the supply chain management level of the factory, but also brought a new management concept and development ideas to the factory.
In the next step, we will continue to deepen cooperation with the project team to jointly explore more innovative supply chain management models and methods, and promote the factory to move towards a new stage of development.
