Recently, the production management system (MES) of each workshop in the company has been fully launched and put into operation, laying a solid foundation for the company's efficient production and refined management. The MES system is a production information management system oriented to the workshop execution layer of manufacturing enterprises, covering multiple key modules such as pre-production management, production materials, production process, quality monitoring, and packaging management. Currently, the MES system has been successfully implemented in the printing paper mill, impregnated paper mill, decorative panel workshop, edge banding strip workshop, and Kami workshop, realizing production plan control and real-time monitoring of the production process in each production workshop, effectively shortening the production cycle, improving production efficiency and reducing costs at the same time. In addition, the MES system also achieves comprehensive integration and visual display of production data, providing more accurate and timely data support for the company's decision-making layer. In the next step, the company will continue to deepen the coordinated promotion of digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, achieve seamless integration of MES with systems such as ERP, WMS, and BI, and accelerate the construction process of the company's digital factory.
