Recently, the Supply Chain Center issued the "Guidelines on Carrying Out Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement Activities," aiming to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement in key areas such as procurement, warehousing, quality, and equipment through systematic management optimization and innovative measures, contributing to the fulfillment of the 2025 business plan.
In procurement, the center will enhance efficiency by expanding procurement channels, reducing purchase prices, lengthening payment terms, and accelerating sample production to secure orders. For warehousing management, it will optimize inventory consumption processes to minimize stock losses and warehousing costs while improving operational efficiency. Through strengthened inventory monitoring and forecasting, as well as optimized warehouse and shelf management, precise inventory prediction and dynamic adjustments will be achieved to avoid excessive stockpiling and capital occupation.
In equipment management, the focus will be on increasing the operation rate of key equipment, reducing downtime rates due to equipment failures, controlling maintenance costs, and minimizing spare parts inventory. Regarding quality management, special attention will be paid to quality control for products such as impregnated paper and edge banding strips. By optimizing production processes and reducing defects, the center will lower quality-related losses while enhancing efficiency.
Through these scientific and systematic cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures, the Supply Chain Center has further optimized the company’s supply chain management, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise’s sustainable development.
