In the second half of 2021, a total of 39 suggestions involving production, operation, logistics management and other aspects were received, of which 38 were adopted, with an adoption rate of 97%. The company classifies and sorts out the rationalization suggestions recommended by the grass-roots units, and after the review team approves them, the rationalization suggestions that are adopted and implemented and achieve certain economic and management benefits will be rewarded. In the second half of the year, a total of 14,850 yuan was awarded, including 13,600 yuan for technology and 1,250 yuan for management, including 1 major process improvement project and 10,000 yuan. The printing paper factory, the design and quality control department of the Hong Kong company, and the IT department of the finance and IT center were shortlisted for the 2021 excellent departments, and 11 people, including Zhang Huigang and Hao Runliang, were rated as outstanding individuals with rationalization suggestions.
