Since the second half of 2021, the company has implemented matrix management reforms, increasing the authorization of each theater and shortening the decision-making chain, so that people who can hear the fire can make decisions, quickly respond to customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance combat synergy. At present, the reform has been running for a year, and all theaters and branches of the military have achieved certain results in profit realization, cost control, business development, team building and growth, etc., and have achieved the purpose of controllable costs, controllable risks and improved customer satisfaction while greatly improving the profits of various theaters and companies.

Encourage the pilot of business partners, and each module has independent financial accounting, independent operation, and self-responsibility for profits and losses, and gradually becomes a partner from an operator.

The second is multi-party linkage to achieve a marketing breakthrough. Only by making every effort to ensure the success of corporate marketing can we ensure the jobs and development of all of us.
