Solid improvement in cost reduction for main materials: By targeting the source of raw materials, strict grammage testing has been implemented for purchased base paper, and claim procedures are immediately initiated against suppliers for non-compliant products. For glue usage, a shift handover system has been adopted to compare with theoretical process consumption. Work teams that overuse melamine glue are severely penalized, resulting in a significant reduction in daily glue unit consumption—saving over 80,000 yuan on glue alone from January to July.
Comprehensive drive of the efficiency engine: Through enhanced skill training, paper splicing technology has been continuously improved, the frequency of paper breakages has been significantly reduced, and the paper output rate has been increased. Precise efforts in loss control: Production plans are formulated based on market demand to avoid blind overproduction; waste is reduced through process optimization and raw material control; meanwhile, the quality control system and reward-punishment system are improved to reduce quality losses.
To ensure the effective implementation of strategies, the Impregnated Paper Factory has launched a systematic implementation plan, including comprehensive equipment inspection and maintenance, establishment of raw material quality archives, implementation of comprehensive employee training, construction of an energy monitoring system, formulation of process standards, promotion of daily equipment maintenance, and organization of quality competition activities.
