Mobilize for a New Chapter, Boost Skills Through Competition —— HONSOAR Holds Post-Holiday Training & Skills Competition

With the Year of the Horse kicking off a new journey, now is the time to strive ahead. On February 23 (the seventh day of the first lunar month), HONSOAR grandly held the Post-Holiday Training and Skills Competition under the theme of “Mobilize for Battle, Start the Year with Full Engagement”. Adopting an integrated model of “theoretical training + business simulation + skills competition + oath-taking rally”, the event aimed to promote performance through training and enhance capabilities through competition, gathering momentum for the company’s high-quality development in 2026 and strengthening its talent foundation.The training covered senior executives, middle managers and all sales elites of the company, with two specialized sessions for Sales and IE respectively. The training content was closely aligned with corporate strategy, including core courses such as strategic communication, functional authorization, customer-centricity, IPD concepts, and AI empowerment. The Sales session focused on on-site practical operation, delivering targeted training on institutional processes, business systems, financial compliance and expense reimbursement standards. The IE session, designed for middle managers and professional technicians, covered professional knowledge, tool application and on-site practice to help improve management efficiency and support corporate optimization and upgrading. The business simulation session recreated real business scenarios, enabling participants to quickly translate theoretical knowledge into practical capabilities.The Skills Competition consisted of three parts: business sand table presentation, IE optimization proposal report and knowledge quiz, fully testing the learning outcomes. Each participating team based its efforts on market demand and focused on pain points, demonstrating solid professional competence, efficient teamwork and a courageous, combat-ready work style. In the knowledge quiz, participants responded calmly and competed actively, showing excellent professional literacy and a positive, upward spirit. Awards were presented to the winning teams and outstanding individuals on site to inspire motivation through honors and foster a positive atmosphere of learning from excellence and striving to excel.This post-holiday training and skills competition is an important initiative for HONSOAR to strengthen talent development and implement its development strategy.
