Strengthen Board Testing Skills, Consolidate the Foundation of Product Quality —— The Company Launched the 4th Phase of Training on Board Physical Performance Testing & Relevant Standards

To further improve the professional competence of staff in business, quality control, procurement and technical roles, and strengthen product quality management, the Innovation Research Institute, together with the Business School, recently launched the on-site training of the 4th phase on wood-based panel physical performance testing and relevant standards at the R&D and Testing Laboratory. Focusing on the core testing items of plywood, this training delivered professional and systematic skill improvement courses for relevant personnel through a combination of theoretical teaching, practical operation and assessment.Tailored to actual work requirements, the training mainly elaborates on the testing methods and corresponding standards for eight key physical properties of plywood, including moisture content, bonding strength, surface bonding strength, static bending strength, modulus of elasticity, immersion delamination, screw holding power, and thickness swelling rate after water absorption. With on-site demonstrations, hands-on guidance and standard interpretation, participants fully mastered the complete testing procedures, key operational points and judgment criteria. An on-the-spot examination was arranged after the session to optimize training effectiveness.Adopting small-class teaching, the training admits 4 participants per session with a duration of 2 to 3 hours. In consideration of the work characteristics of each department, the Business School has formulated a phased training plan from March to October, ensuring both smooth daily operations and orderly training progress. The training was conducted under strict discipline. Participants are required to comply with all arrangements; those with special circumstances shall file an application one day in advance and arrange replacements to guarantee efficient and well-organized training.This special training has effectively filled the professional gaps of relevant employees in wood-based panel physical inspection, improved their practical operation skills and standard application capabilities. It lays a solid foundation for the company to strictly control panel quality, optimize procurement and quality control procedures, and consolidate core product competitiveness. Going forward, the company will continue to launch professional skill training programs and empower high-quality development through continuous competency improvement.
