Embrace AI Proactively, Empower Quality & Efficiency Upgrade

To seize the opportunities of digital transformation and unlock new driving forces for corporate development, the Company has recently launched an AI empowerment project. Led by senior external AI consultants, the initiative delivers customized AI application solutions through systematic training and all-round demand research, empowering the intelligent upgrading of the entire processes covering production, management and operation.To embrace the intelligent era and enhance employees’ AI literacy, the Company has launched special AI training programs. Combined with job scenarios and competency status, the training focuses on the application logic and practical operation of AI technologies. It helps employees build AI awareness and improve practical application capabilities, consolidating talent reserves for the implementation of AI projects. Meanwhile, in-depth demand research has been conducted across all business links to accurately identify pain points of AI application in production, management, sales and other fields. In line with actual business needs, a list of implementable and result-driven AI applications has been sorted out, providing a scientific basis for subsequent solution formulation. At present, phased achievements have been initially accomplished, laying a solid foundation for targeted solution design.All work is progressing steadily to date. The core construction of the Pattern Library Recognition System was completed on April 15, with overall system development nearly finished and now in the testing phase. Upon official launch, the system will leverage AI technology to realize efficient management, quick retrieval and intelligent matching of pattern data, greatly boosting the design efficiency of core products such as decorative papers and cabinet materials.The framework of the WeCom Knowledge Base project has also been established. Integrating corporate business documents, product information, service specifications and other resources, the knowledge base will enable intelligent retrieval and accurate content recommendation via AI, facilitating employee learning and customer consultation, and further improving internal collaboration efficiency and customer service quality. In addition, multiple plans including the data middle platform project, container loading algorithm optimization, US warehouse management and abnormal data alert system are being advanced in strict accordance with the scheduled timeline.The launch and advancement of this AI empowerment project marks a key practice of HONSOAR in deepening digital transformation and strengthening core competitiveness. Going forward, taking this project as a starting point, HONSOAR will continuously increase investment in AI technologies, promote the in-depth integration of AI with the entire industrial chain of new home decoration materials, and offer replicable practical experience for the intelligent transformation of the home furnishing industry.
